Terms and conditions of sale

1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") apply to all reservations and rentals made with Halternative SARL (hereinafter referred to as "Halternative", "we" or "us")."we", "us" or "our"), a company registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 2023-2443-589, having its registered office at 224, Route d'Arlon, L-8010 Strassen. By reserving an apartment with Halternative, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Booking and payment

2.1 Reservations Reservations can be made online via our website, by telephone or by email. Reservations are confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
2.2 Payment Payment for the rental must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other method accepted by Halternative. A deposit may be required on arrival.

3. Cancellation and changes

3.1 Cancellation by the customer: In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following conditions apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
- Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

3.2 Reservation changes: All reservation change requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Change fees may apply.

4. Arrival and departure

4.1 Arrival: Apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible on request and subject to availability.

4.2 Departure: Apartments must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability.

5. Use of apartments

Apartments are rented for residential use only. It is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartments or use them for commercial purposes. Tenants are responsible for respecting the rules of the residence and ensuring the peace and quiet of the premises.

6. Liability and insurance

6.1 Customer's liability The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately to Halternative.

6.2 Insurance Customers are advised to take out travel insurance to cover any damage, loss or cancellation.

7. Services included

The following services are included in the rental of the apartments:

- High-quality Wi-Fi connection.
- Concierge service.
- Private, secure parking.

8. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the rental must be made in writing to Halternative within 7 days of the end of the rental period. We undertake to deal with any complaints as quickly as possible.

9. Data protection

Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
