The three-storey residence features contemporary, bright and functional apartments. Here you'll find:

7 1-bedroom 55 m² apartments, with double bed (180x210 cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, pleasant living area, open kitchen and private balcony or terrace.
1 compact 25 m² studio, located on the first floor, equipped with a double sofa bed (140x210 cm) and a small 4 m² terrace.
1 superior 40 m² studio, also on the first floor, with double bed (150x210 cm) and a private 5 m² terrace.

Each apartment is furnished with care and has everything you need for an independent, comfortable stay.

Services designed for your comfort

During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the residence's gym, as well as a shared laundry area equipped with washing machines and dryers. A concierge service is also available via our partner, the nearby Hotel Mandarina.

As in all Halternative residences, pets are not allowed. All our apartments are non-smoking and have a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for teleworking or organizing your visits.

The apartments are fully equipped to meet all your daily needs. The kitchen includes a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, champagne flutes, wine and water glasses, as well as plates and cutlery. You'll also find a dishwasher and microwave oven for added convenience. For your laundry, a shared laundry area within the facility is equipped with washing machines and dryers

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, set back from a major thoroughfare, the Muscari residence enjoys a strategic location.

Many bus lines serve the city center, train station and business districts directly in less than 20 minutes. While the residence has no private parking, street parking is free and generally easy.
